Just ordered the ‘Little Deal’ greatest late night decision ever. Wish I had this earlier in life, this came hotter than ceasars.

Wouldn't advise ordering from this place pizza came almost an hour late and look like the driver kicked it around called to speak to the manager about the situation it's completely unprofessional with no resolve I threw it in the trash call it a loss way too many great pizza places around here last time I order from here

I'm not about to even give a star this time around how dare you be very inappropriate and use inappropriate language the way you guys were tonight you should be ashamed of your self I don't appreciate the way you spoke to me you and your manager tonight are seriously the worst I never have a bad moment but tonight you wowwwed me I couldn't believe the way you talked to me!! I will never be back and if I ever do I'm going to another location I will not be treated the way you treated me tonight all because I asked about my cold food food that you didn't want to serve me and it was even already paid for!!! Worst moment of my life at cousin Vinny's Middletown location!!! The manager has no right to be a manager!!

We had deluxe pizza's here last night. They were awesome. So, we ordered them again, tonight. Different story. First, Large Deluxe, was scarcely sprinkled, with toppings. Not consistent with last night's. I paid for green olives, to be added. They, were just as scarce. Second large pizza, was to be half, of one side, deluxe, with green olives added. The other half, was to be, only pepperoni. Instead, scarce on deluxe toppings no olives. The only pepperoni side had green olives added and loaded with them. Needless to say the pepperoni side was for a 3 year old autistic child who has a problem with olives. Manager was not in store person said that manager would be back at 10pm. Did not do me any good. Had to go to McDonald's to get Happy meal very disappointed.

On 9-4 we ordered pizza from cousin vinnys in middletown after giving explicit directions to rhe driver while he was on the phone with my wife he still could not find us.so after an hour and a half we decided to cancel the order my wife called the store. Whoever answered the phone told my wife she.  Couldnt get a refund which we were paying in cash anyway and told us because we were wasting his time and his drivers time we would be. Credit card only   im a delivery driver so know how it works. We are wasting his and his drivers time but he expects. Us to eat cold pizza. Poor store and driver personel. Would never. Consider vinnys ever again .

Very disappointed. I have been a customer of Cousin Vinny's for years and this is the worst I've been done. I ordered a pizza at 11:58 p.m. My order said it was on its way at 12:29 a.m. I called at 1:08 a.m. and was placed on hold for 5 minutes. I asked if everything was okay with the driver since it had been about 45 minutes and the person stated that the tracker isnt working properly, and that he has the drivers tell him when they are 5 minutes away from the store and he puts it in the tracker that its on its way what?. At 1:51 a.m. the driver finally shows up, but my pizza isn't in his bag. He called the store and they spoke for another 5 minutes, then says what they are going to do is issue a credit, and then go back and get my pizza. By this time its 2 in the morning, I'm tired, and the driver's car is loud and its late. I told him I would really like my money back and to not worry about coming back I will call the store. He said okay, sorry about that. I was polite and nice the entire time. His name was Cam. He said the store forgot to give him my pizza.  Called the store, and the manager is immediately rude, then says they don't do refunds. Then I said "Well I will contact corporate because this is bs." That isn't me cussing at him, I am directing it toward the situation. He says he is disconnecting the call because I am speaking improperly to him, when he was the one cutting me off and not making any sense.  I just want my money back. The pizza is good, the customer service really sucked this time. I ordered online and gave the driver a 10 dollar tip putting my bill at 30 bucks....and Im not going to get that back because of some ambiguous policy??

Ordered for delivery to precision strip 4400 Oxford st rd these guys made my day I’ve worked really hard today on a small breakfast so dinner from here was a God sent.  Thank goodness for your service

If you give them a solid tip the first time they ever deliver to you. I promise you, you will never wait 45 minutes.  Okay sir. We'll see you in 45 minutes...15 minutes later, Pizza at door!
