I got there at 11 am right when they opened so it was pretty empty off the bat. I ordered the all American cheeseburger and fries which looked good and tasted pretty good as well. Only improvement I could think of was how long I waited on the burger. I definetly had to wait around 25-30 minutes for that burger and fries to come out. They had like two other customers other then me so I don't know why it took so long for something so simple. Price wise, it was 10 bucks for the burger fries and a drink. I'm not sure if the quality which was good makes up for the price. If it was 6-8$ I would say completely worth. The visit was.. fine.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings but the service is horrible. We ordered food. It was suppose to be ready at 8:10pm, we got there at 8:11. Only half my order was bagged and it is cold. Well they also missed 20 wing. So we had to wait even longer to eat the already bagged ones. They are all nasty and after going there every week forever I am done after this trip. I’m very disappointed.

Terrible. My order was absolutely wrong. I was rushed to get to the store only to be left waiting for 30 minutes for the mistake to be corrected.  I just started eating my food on the bench while waiting for my other food to be remade correctly. No napkins or cutlery. I felt like I wasnt a priority at all. The only time a manager bothered to come over was after i finely got my order and was leaving, she approached to ask if she could take the register. 1 star all day long. Do better. I work at a Bdubs!! S M H

Ordered takeout delivery 2 times within the last month, 1st time my pregnant gfs food wasn't in the bag. They did refund that part of meal but it took 9 days to refund me my money. Decided to order again tonight since they made it right somewhat by refunding me part of money. I ordered 15 wings half desert heat and half buffalo which i was charged over $20. Instead i received spicy garlic wings and the container was for a 15 count when actually there was only 10 in the box. Also ordered carrots with it and they have me a baggie with literally 3 small carrots. Fries where cold, and most of them where very hard. This will be my last time ordering from this location again, and ill recommend others to go else where. I spent close to $50 tonight and my money basically went out the window. Very poor service.

Ordered online take out. Missing several items from our order. Missing two orders of celery and no ranch dressing for the wing orders. No Marinara for the cheese sticks. No Pico De Gallo, Salsa or Southwestern Ranch for Nachos and Onion Rings. These were listed on the online order and the yellow order form taped to the bag. Maybe, they should start using the Checked by space on the yellow order form. Obviously, someone did NOT check the order. Very disappointed.

Tonight we went to Bdubs for an early dinner. The service was good but when we received our food the wings were ice cold. The food was edible but we probably won't be back.

Went to buy gift certificates.   Bought $50.00 worth but was charged a carry out fee of $0.99!  Could have bought these anywhere but wanted to support local business.  Shame on you for this practice!

Well I used to come here for the Southwest salad but they discontinued it, so I opted for the Cobb salad...big mistake. The only flavor was the bacon, the tomatoes were sliced so thin you could see thru them and all together a tasteless salad.  I should also mention when I came in, there was no one to greet you, later 2 of the staff walked up, and didn't acknowledge me at all and then walked away, hmmm. They were not very busy so as I'm about to walk out someone asks me if I wanted to be seated and decided to sit down for a meal. Unfortunately the only thing good about my meal was the waitress, she was pretty awesome. And I really liked coming here but without the Southwest salad, I won't be.

Kara was amazing! She has only been working as a server for 3 days but honestly one of the best servers I've ever had!  I would totally recommend this place with 10 stars if I could.  The food was ok but again, Kara made our dinner amazing!

Our service was so awkward. My boyfriend and I love going to bdubs but don’t usually go to this location. We did get there a bit later at night because when we first got there, the patio was closed and the inside was an icebox. We even talked with a nearby person also standing by the entrance and they left because it was so cold inside. It was so late that everywhere else closed in 40 minutes 10:20pm so we left and got pants instead. Came back. Ordered drinks. Well at first our server did not come back for awhile that somebody else even asked if we had been greeted. That was fine, I get it, I’ve served & bartended for years, but what’s next is not acceptable in my opinion.  First off, our server, Alexis, asked if we were lucky? We didn’t know how to respond. She came back and said the luck would be nobody coming in after us so she can go home. I get it, it’s late, but I’m just trying to drink my beer and have a date. Felt like we were being pushed out. Then I go to wash my hands and she comes back and tells my boyfriend that the other table of kids were calling her names etc. Not sure why this was relevant, but whatever.  We eat dinner, GREAT FOOD. TASTY.  My next complaint was every time she came back to the table, she mentioned how she wanted to go out to the bars. Then she didn’t inform us last call was 11:30, although we had been very low for the last 30 minutes at 11pm, but we didn’t see her but like once or twice when she would come up complaining that another table walked in? & it was to the point where we could even get in a word to request anything. So ordered a water, received water, asked for straw, received no straw. I gave up, we wanted to leave… we just wanted a peaceful drink and dinner. She knew we were upset at this point because she was so focused on complaining about other tables that we didn’t get good service or informed about last call, even though we had been there for an hr and some.
