I always have a positive experience when I go here, which has been a lot of visits over the 5 years I have been a Covenant Patient.
I think the longest wait time I ever had was a 45 minute wait, but was told that it was a 2 hour wait.
Will definitely continue to come back.

Sat here for over 2 hours to see a doctor.  Staff had no idea what was going on, had no idea how the appointment timing app worked. Never go here!

I went a couple of days ago for severe lower back pain.  I was taken very quickly and treated very professionally.  I overheard a phone call that came in and the woman answering the phone did tell the caller there was a two hour wait.  I am thinking maybe it is just a generic statement said to all to keep down wait complaints.  I will definitely continue to use this as first choice as place to go.  McClaren's wait is awful and medical treatment is questionable in my opinion.

hrs in a waiting room for a simple check up is not acceptable. I will never recommend this place ! And it wasn't even busy!

hour wait to give me Motrin... waste of time ... inefficient place ... not even sure there was a real doctor on staff... won't be going back...
