Tonight was my first visit to this establishment. Usually I check my orders when I eat out but tonight I didn't .I ordered a quarter white, get home and there's no wing with the meal .I call back up to the restaurant to let them know the young lady on the phone sounds so nonchalant. She never offered to fix the order which is bad customer service .

All I can say is WOW 🤩
A restaurant that serves great tasting food. The chicken was juicy and had a delicious taste. The tomato and cucumber salad was awesome. The sweet potato was fresh.

Normally I like cowboy chicken but this location is horrible.  I thought I would get some chicken quickly instead of fast food since I had my dog in the truck with me.  I placed my order at the drive thru. I got my order after quite a while and headed home.  When I got home my order was completely wrong which I don't understand as there was not anyone behind my in the drive thru. I don;t know whose order I got but it wasn't mine. I tried to call the store but no one answered after six rings.  I guess they were busy.  I won;t be back to this location.  Word of advice check to make sure your order is right otherwise you can end up with just a roll and slightly overcooked chicken.

We came for lunch because my husband has told me many times how much he loves it. Today’s service completely ruined it for both of us. My food came out cold and they didn’t bring my husbands food until I was done with my plate. They barely apologized for the delay in bringing out the food. The food tasted great but again, cold and timing was way off. It’s the lack of management that needs to be fixed, not the food.

Half of our order was wrong! I ordered a salad and had to wait 30 minutes after everyone else got their order. Also the table next to us had issues as well. Not a great first impression.
