They put so much food on my plate I was stuffed when done eating.

I'll make this quick. We've been going to Hong Kong Kitchen for ~5 years now and used to really enjoy it. After last nights fiasco, I'm not going back. They forgot to give us some food that we ordered and when we got home and called them they said they'd have it delivered within the next 20 minutes.... We called them back after 45 minutes and they hadn't left yet. When I told them we hadn't started eating yet and would like a refund, they asked that we return the food to the delivery driver when they showed up to bring the food they originally forgot to give us. I'll take responsibility for not checking what was in the bag before leaving the restaurant, but to not compensate the food after waiting more than an hour to get food we'd paid for while the rest of the food went cold was not cool. I won't be returning, congratulations, you've lost a customer.

Food is actually really good. Service is pretty bad though. They have cero idea about good customer service. It's a shame. A good service training for the employees will work wonders for this place. Fix it!

Just ordered $50 bucks worth of food. Delivery driver dropped off 1 bag and took off. I opened it and over half my food was missing. I called them and they are asking me and doesnt know who delivered.... How the heck am i suppose to know who is delivering my food i dont work there. So they called several drivers and none of them answered. So i have to wait until they get back and then they have to bring it back to me because intelligence must not be a requirement to work there. I asked so I'll have to eat cold food... She said if its cold they will cook it again and send it to me... So i have to wait even longer. This is our last time to order here. I'm very disappointed.

Good food and service. Was pleased with everything. Was pleased they were willing to work around my dad's allergies. Many places do not. They were also able to answer all questions about ingredients quickly, no having to go to the back to ask.
