Cowboy Chicken used to be awesome...used to be. I was trying to remember why it has been a few months since we tried Cowboy Chicken...oh I remember now, you wait and wait and wait for your food. Doesn't matter if it is dine in or carry out. 1530 in the afternoon and the guy in front of me waited 15 minutes for a whole chicken...yep, you read that right a chicken. There is a dine in couple that must've been waiting at least a half hour on their food. It appears there is a manager, host and a cook (on break). I however am still waiting (nearing 25 minutes now) for a half chicken all white, 3 sides and a desert. Too bad you can't rate a zero. Well, we might try again in another 3-6 months...or not. Glad I drove across town for this. This is a direct reflection of poor management. EDIT: Added a couple stars. Some friends want to eat there and I was basically out voted. The food was good...as it always is. We dined in and the wait time was less than my last visit. Still longer than I figured for a group of three, but a bit of an improvement.

Cowboy Chicken is clearly trying to break my heart. They're doing a pretty good job. My previous trip, my to-go order was wrong. Didn't see it till I got home. That's partially on me for not checking, but still. This time: no chicken. 30 minute wait. Why do you want me to be sad, Cowboy Chicken? What did I do to you?

They catered to my work place overall was a great experience food got here in time. And was great tasting. Overall would recommend.

Chickens very good (a tad small). Corn nuggets are very good. Good atmosphere.

We eat here on Sunday afternoon a lot. It gets crowded but never so bad that you don't get your food fairly quick. They have a lot of side options and the chicken is crazy good.
