I have been going to this pediatrician since I was a middle-schooler, and now take my son there. The staff is awesome, so polite, and helpful. I use the nurses line quite often and always get a call back very quickly. During cold season, waits can be longer, but we have never had any issues getting any appointments. I love all three of the doctors, especially NP Smith and Dr. Brubaker. They are patient and answer any questions, regardless of how silly they may seem. They always remember my kid as well which makes me feel great and valued. I like that they do not automatically default to pumping my kids with antibiotics, but offer a more holistic approach to simple illnesses like viruses and colds. I refer all of my friends to them as well!

My kids have gone to this clinic for many years. We love Dr. Brubaker and other than occassionally having to wait a while, have never had anything negative to say.

I waited over an hour and half for the doctor, with my 15 months old daughter Emily and no one went to the room, I was charge $ 20 for nothing.

I have been with this office since both of my children were born.  They have always been friendly and helpful.  Dr. Brubaker has always been able to put my kids at ease when they were not feeling well. Wait times can be long durring the height of the cold and flu season but that has been pretty typical of my experiances with even my own doctors.

Absolutely the worst. My daughter was in the hospital and I called looking for a Saturday appointment for a follow up the lady was rude. Looking for a new pediatrician now.
