The staff at MedStar make the practice! My husband and I both sought care here on the same day. He was not doing well so an ambulance was called. I went back two days later and was immediately asked how he was doing.  With all the patients that are seen on a daily basis,  it made me feel like an individual, not a chart number. I feel that the care is exemplary and would definitely recommend MedStar to anyone. The staff is great and appear to take satisfaction in providing the medical services they are so good at!

I waited an hour before they told me that they didn’t have an X-ray machine on-site on this particular day. The nearest location was 25 minutes away! What kind of “prompt” care can you possibly give without having the proper resources at all times?! The location was nice and the staff was very pleasant, but that experience was a total waste of my time!

The sign in process was so easy from my phone on line .. when I arrived I checked in asking a few question. In and out 30 mins . 
The staff and Dr . Williams  are so professional. 
They take care of you with a smile . I am very happy with the staff at prompt care sorry I didn’t remember there names

I had extreme pain in my lower abdominal area & pressure with urgency on urination. I received all the attention that I needed to get this infection resolved. I am so grateful that Medstar is here in Waldorf, Maryland. They took care of me from the time I walked into the clinic until I left. And... They said they would call me in a few days to check on me. How great is that? Awsome

Fast service. Triage nurse was excellent and made me feel comfortable. Doctor was very professional, she took her time to listen. Rooms are clean. Very happy with the services I received.
