I've been trying to get a auto loan for going on 4 days now after the bank told me it would be completed in 1 day. After going back and forth they continue to ask for more paper work and say they will return our call and never call back. This has been the most frustrating process ever. I have had to put my car on hold at the dealership and they refuse to hold it any longer. I can possible loose my car now because the bank delayed the process. I'm very upset although this bank has good interest rates the service is very disappointing.

Went in to apply for a credit card around 3p.m. I was the only customer in there at that time. Sat in the lobby and waited quietly and patiently for 15 min until one of the tellers called out and asked what I was there for. Told her why I was there then waited another 15 min. After half an hour in total, the teller called out and told me that no one was there to assist me so I should leave. Did not say it in a pleasant manner either. This was about 3 or 4 months ago.

Greatest Bank Ever. No fees for responsible banking, not even one! Jackie (manager) is very friendly and understanding. She has gone above and beyond to help me and my family. CPM gave me a great rate on my car loan and a line of credit that has help me raise my credit score to over 700 that was at 512 just 4 years ago! Thanks CPM! Dave
