From the first time we walked in the door, the staff has been friendly, fast and attentive. Our accounts were set up expediently. Convenient locations and beautiful buildings. No Saturday hours, but a tiny price to pay for better treatment 52 weeks a year! Tell your bank to get out of your wallet/purse! Become a shareholder at a non-profit credit union! Receive growth, not fees, double-talk, and corporate thievery.

An Embarrassment to Banking. Inefficient, more restrictions than larger banks, less technology, can't deposit checks via cell phone, erroneously reported a wrong address to Equifax, pulled my credit themselves and then 30 days later with a 3rd party as well pulled it again. They wouldn't cash a certified bank check stating that they "were non-profit member owned bank that needed to manage their risk" so gave me a 5 day hold. Once approved me with a 7k loan and their teller duplicated the loan placing 14k in our account, then without telling anyone tried to cover the error 4 days later by taking the money out of the account. I'll be switching banks asap. again.... AN EMBARRASSMENT to banking, but hey they have some great rates on that bulletin board.
