Sorry!! But I will not recommend CR of Maryland. I didn't not have a good experience with the home I purchase from this company!!! Buyers be ware!! Pay close attention  to the wood floors, the walls the nail are coming through the walls. The impression of the nails on the walls. The walls are not sand properly you can see the impression thought the paint. The wood floors are not even and has spaces. The stairs are separating from the wall, the carbinets are separating from the sealant they use to seal it with. The basement floor has a sink in the floor and they carpet over it. The ceiling  in my master bathroom there is a problem with it. I am so disappointed for my first home purchase. And not even a year in the house  I am ready to sell this house and move. That is how pissed i am about the quality of there work. Or and don't forget now problem with electrical. Yeah!!! I am so over this company. Sorry Alexander I see you got a lot of good reviews, but no good reviews from me. Sorry!!! It's just unfortunate I have to be the one to give a bad review. I showed the pictures of the problems in my home to a person who does the same work as a realtor/investor and they themselves say CR did a horrible job. They could of done a better job and I agree 100%.

They are basically modern redliners in our neighborhood.  Block by block putting homes into rentals with sketchy tenants and making it nearly impossible to sell a house through a conventional sale.  Everybody has to make a buck, but if you ever cared a lick about the place you lived...don't sell to them.

Purchased my first home from CR of Maryland and I couldn't be more pleased. The home was perfect and move in ready. The team of contractors were able to restore the original hardwoods floors and they are gorgeous. The realtor, Alexander, was extremely professional and quick to respond to any questions I had, making my first buying experience very easy. If you are looking to buy a home, CR of Maryland is the company to go with!
