We have had a lot of issue with Cracker Barrel over the years, BUT this more than made up for it. The menu had changed. The options are great.  The portions are huge and the food and service was on point.  We will be back often.

Cracker Barrel never disappoints. So much delicious food to choose from! The staff is always polite and knowledgeable! Love the quick quality service!

A hair was on the meatloaf plate, meatloaf had some mystery items in it that couldnt be chewed, French fry in the Mac and cheese. When my grandson got a refill, his glass was dirty with food stuck on inside. Didnt ask for accept a discount was just wanting them to be aware. Never had such a bad experience before here. Waitress was sweet.  Parking: Plenty of spaces  Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to enter and exit. The store is very overly packed with merchandise which makes even walking difficult

I've been here a few times, and the food never misses. I've always enjoyed cracker barrel so it's nice to be near one again. The last time I went, the honey tasted a little weird, but they had packets I could use no problem. The staff is always nice and attentive. It's a comfort food place I default on if I ever want to go out to eat.

We ate on a Thursday and the daily meal was Turkey and Dressing, and sweet potatoe casserole. Was Very Good. And got a Beautiful Flamingo at 40% off!

My first visit to this establishment,  I loved the store and all the nostalgic items. The food and service was not very good. The breakfast was cold and the server just kept forgetting everything.  I ask for honey for my tea and he didn't bring until the end. Which I just use some sugar. Then we waited a very long time for our meal . Which arrived as just two eggs and three slices of bacon and grits that I didn't order. My breakfast was supposed to come with biscuits and gravy and he never told us there was a delay.  Which I would have understood but he end up telling us at the end. Then he brings our biscuits and for some reason he just kept asking us if we still wanted them. So basically the best thing about my breakfast was my tea and my biscuits.  I don't really like to complain because I use to work in the food industry but this was bad service.  I just told the cashier just to let the manager know that they need to train him a little better.  Plus he even forgot our napkin and no spoons to stir our tea or coffee.

So Cracker Barrel is just pure comfort food and is always a defontate morale booster when traveling through places.  So, needless to say, I have been to quite a few different ones.  This one was fantastic. There were a lot of people, and still was able to walk in and get a table.  The service was on point.  Our server did an amazing job. The food was just as good and fast.  I have seen many Cracker Barrels with way fewer customers work way less efficient. So kudos to this one for being a top-notch establishment.

The food is always good. Friday after Thanksgiving was PACKED with people.  Not sure the same care was taken with food. The absolute best part was our waitstaff.  Her name was Jolly. What a wonderful name!! Suited her perfectly. She made our trip enjoyable.  Kid-friendliness: Our waitstaff, Jolly, took extra care with our 5-yr-old grandson the ticky eater to make sure he was happy. No meltdown this trip!

do NOT apply to work here. I applied to work here and got hired. I did not start looking for another job because I thought I’d get to work here. A week went by and I called to check up- they assured me I still had the job. Another week went by - I called again. They said they’d immediately look into it. It has been two weeks since then and I still haven’t heard a word back. If their hiring process is this chaotic I simply cannot imagine how gross the food sanitation is. Get a grip Cracker Barrel.

28th July ate dinner had great experience, Taylor was my waitress she did not slow down the 30-45min i was there. Was super nice and had welcoming smile. When others were walking around she had hustle to step and was striving to take care her customers with that next level of service.  Hopefully management sees review and let's Taylor know how well of a job she did.  Table of one man in light blue shirt, I might have been one her tables or another waitress she noticed I had not been helped and took it from therr didn't miss one beat. Fantastic Job.
