Sherry our waitress was an absolute doll. Giving me and my husband such awesome customer service! The food is so good. The corn  muffins tastes like what my granny use to make. We would sit together and eat them in a bowl of milk. Soo good.  I had the fried chicken   dinner for lunch and my husband had the country fried steak and pinto beans with onions and green chilies. My husband said the pinto beans were his favorite  and he could eat them all day! The food was so gooood.The place was so packed. We had a wait in line. The long line went quick. We ordered and received our food quickly too. Very fresh. The mac n cheese and the fried apples  were so good too. Best food I've had from a restaurant EVER. Delicious. Definitely going to be going back soon.

The food was the food... Great as usual. We only Cracker Barrel on vacation and the food never disappoints.  It was the Manager's attitude after we requested to change to a bigger table. We were moved, but she was visibly upset with the request.  When I asked she NEVER responded yes or no.... It showed in her face that we upset her with the request. So much so, that the customers at the table next to us asked if she was going to do it or not. The waitress ended up moving us, but the manager or whoever had the clipboard with the seating arrangement... needs training on Customer Service.

Here is a place that has been a southern-ish American meal offering.  They have the staples done right in sweet tea and pot roast to meatloaf and breakfast ham.  Enjoy the ambience, and the Americana food because that's really all it has to offer.

When we arrived, the place was hopping! We got seated before a mad rush of people came in, all who were visually and audibly upset that nobody was manning the host desk.  When we sat down, we noticed there were a lot of tables that needed to be cleaned so that the people who were mad could sit. These tables took awhile to be cleaned up. From the kitchen, we could hear the manager trying to cover the bases for the lack of bussers and waiters.  Food quantity has downgraded while prices stayed the same. One of my party members was missing their steamed broccoli. The service was okay though. I felt bad for the hostess who was being ridiculed by a few of the people who were waiting for tables. Our waitress was nice and apologized for the crazy shape that the store was in.

Went today for lunch.  It was packed.  It was our waitress 2nd day of the job.  Food never got entered into the system.  Another waitress checked on us.  Got my salad when I finished my meal.  Had to ask for napkins.  Food was great though.

The food was excellent. Our waitress was super. What more could you ask for? It was very relaxing after so many hours on the road.

Went to this location last week and we were lucky enough to be seated in Felicia’s section, she was very attentive and nice. Absolutely the BEST service I’ve had in a sit down restaurant since before the Covid pandemic. Next time we come to eat I will be requesting to have her as my server 10/10.

Our food was delicious, as usual. I loved having a Bloody Mary with my leisurely breakfast. Our server 1026189 was fabulous. However, the facility was filthy. My husband and I both visited the restrooms, and they were disgusting. The trash was overflowing, the place reeked of urine, and the floors looked as though they hadn't been mopped in months. The dining room floors were in the same condition. A Health Department violation, for sure. Please clean the place up!

A terrible experience with terrible employees. I’m literally sitting here watching an employee make customers have to clean their own table and chairs. I assume he is incompetent to perform his duties that seems to only be cleaning a table. Super hard I guess. The front associates to help people sit are horrible and lie to people when asked about their turn to sit. Which prompted an altercation. Just be honest. The manager of this establishment needs to provide better training and possibly try to hire some people to help the employees who seem overworked, stressed, and clueless. Will never be back to this location again. It’s a joke!

We reserved for 6 people at 10 AM, but when we got there they said we had to wait 30 minutes. We ended up waiting 60 minutes and saw many other parties of 2 or 4 seated before us. Our appetizers arrived only a few minutes before the meal, and most of the meals were not hot. We were just not willing to wait another hour to get hopefully hot food. When we requested a manager while paying the bill, one did not arrive until after the cashier had already quickly closed the check. Sorry, Cracker Barrel, this is not what I expect.
