It was very enjoyable. Food was great .just didn't realize Saturdays lunch feature is not 5.99 as weekdays are. Price was 9.99 but still was a great meal. Service was very good even with them being swamped. Took a little longer but worth the wait. We love Cracker BARREL.

My one year old is a social butterfly and the staff always go out of their way to make her smile and laugh. They are very understanding and patient when she gets a little grumpy waiting for good (which is never long). Fellow customers are always sweet and patient as well when she takes sometime walking to our table. My husband is a huge fan of old fashioned country food and he loves this place. He can get his southern calorie filled country food, while I get my low calorie fish and veggies, and our daughter gets a variety of yummy finger food (she loves their carrots more than the ones I cook at home!). This is a great place for young families looking for yummy meals that feel homemade.

Although our server, the cashier, and the manager were all very kind, my food was not up to par. The gluten free menu has gotten smaller since last time I visited, which was disappointing, but my eggs were fine. My bacon was just fine. My strawberries tasted very off and were not ripe enough at all. They were mostly white with red tips. My hash browns arrived 10 minutes after my meal and by that time, we had to get going. The manager did take half off my meal, but I don't think I'll be going to Cracker Barrel again anytime soon.
