An employee named Kaitlyn provided me with bad service. I bought an unlocked phone from sprint and all I needed was for her to set up my internet and data package. She made me jump through hoops and loops with sprint only to realize that she needed to set up the access point for the internet to work. She was either not knowledgable about that or not willing to help. In any case, I will never come back to this shop and recommend you to go ro another for better service. (:

Very Disappointed. I waited in the store for 25 minutes for someone to help me. A sales rep finished with their customer and another walked in and the sales rep went directly over to him shook his hand and brought him to his work station all while i waited to be assisted, and while I waited a sales rep came out from the back, walked around the store for a while then changed the TV to ESPN watched it for a good 2-3 minutes, then finally came over and asked if i needed anything, I will never go back to this store, I will drive out of my way just so i dont have to go back to this location..

I went into this store and bought 2 phones, and was told If I did not like the phone I could return in with a 20.00 restocking fee I bought it on a friday tried it didn't like it took it back on tuesday and all of sudden it was a 35.00 restocking fee, ( I have 4 phones I pay for everymonth) and I picked a cheaper phone than the original one and yet I got no money back and had to pay the 35.00 restocking fee and wait for a credit of 15.00 on my bill ?? I still think I was screwed somewhere?? If one phone was 299.00 and I replaced it for one for 229.00. That is 70..00 difference in price and I paid 35.00 and got nothing back?? She was rushing me and a fast talker. and her shift was over. I still think she somehow screwed me .. When you go in there make them explain everthing and make them talk slow so your not taken like I was
