Some great waitresses, but every time I've been, they have been out of the first three things I try to order. Tonight I tried to call in an order and they were out of meatloaf, broccoli chicken (special of the day...), and sweet potatoes. I was told they were out because I was trying to order too late at night. I figured dinner at 8:45 PM was safe considering they close at 10 PM... After learning they were out of these things, I let them know I would review the menu again, find something else, and call back (I was trying not to waste their time). I called back a few minutes later only to be transferred 3 times by the person who answered the phone. She kept transferring me to the kitchen only for it to ring without an answer and then I was sent right back to her. After the third time, I asked for the manager, was on hold for a while, and the manager answered and transferred me right back to the kitchen that wasn't answering before. Finally, an annoyed sounding person answered and as I tried to order, I was being rushed to finish. I was the one on hold with them for a while; some courtesy when I finally reached someone willing to take my order would have been nice. Hopefully the food will be handled gracefully and without carelessness... Love Cracker Barrel, but this one is not like the ones I know and love in SC! Edit: I had to change my review from 2 stars to 1 star. After getting home I saw they left out the Mac and cheese as well as the side of vinegar. Michelle apologized, but boy was that experience rough. Haven't even gotten to tasting the food yet. Hope that part is okay!

Or server Autumn has served us before and we appreciate how she takes such good care of us. Food was good over all.. But my pecan crusted fish was a bit tough down one side. Couldn't eat it.. But we enjoyed our time there. I can't get out the door without buying something. Love their store!

Well....It used to good once upon a time. Our server looked and acted like she wanted to be somewhere else. Same goes for the hostess. A ham steak is supposed to be a steak right? Well we got a sliver of meat that was cooked to bacon stat. Will not be going back and will be sure to let the rest of the friends and family know to not waste their time.

Got seated in less than 2 min. Wait staff was on time and even helped find some crayons for the grandkids. Food was fresh and under 10 min. Price is good also. We like going to this restaurant.

I'm a regular here and the servers are absolutely fantastic! Food is pretty good, good turn around times and standard Cracker Barrel goodness. However, the management team here is not. They are not friendly, they do not interact with customers and unless you approach them you'd never know. If you can look past this stores lack of leadership and management, still a great breakfast spot here in town.
