Locally owned restaurant serving American classics with a twist, made from scratch!
We are a local, family owned and run business. We believe in making food from scratch using fresh ingredients. We don't use frozen food. In fact, we don't have a walk-in freezer anymore. We don't serve premade, processed food. What we do serve is food made by hand, in house, daily. We grind our own meat, cut our own fries, make our own sauces(except mayo, mustard, & ketchup of course! That would be crazy), grate our own cheese, chop our own lettuce, cut our own steaks.... you probably get the picture.
Our Chef is Christina Huey. She was trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Dallas, TX. Our GM, Alexis (Christina's sister), went to Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale,AZ. Alexis and Christina were both born and raised in Lawton. After moving away to big cities and traveling all over the country, they decided to come back home and build something new and different in Lawton.
With so many fast food and chain restaurants in town, we offer something unique. Real food made the right way, not the cheapest way or the fastest way.
