We enjoyed an excellent meal at the Cracker Barrel in Kodak Tennessee. Our server Brianna was very gracious and went above board to take care of our complicated order. The food was delicious!

Getting seated was really slow. It was slow business wise. The man setting the door was no where to be found. We was the first people to be sat. Once we settled at the table we ordered breakfast. When are food arrived the gravy and biscuits looked like they was old. The eggs also looked like they had been setting in the window a long time. Server was not friendly. She also it was the last of the biscuit and gravy. We had to wait on are check. The cashier had a line and was asking for help. Which nobody showed up to help her and people had to wait to pay.

Waited way to long to get wait staff to the table and get a drink.. Long wait for food.. Veggies were room temp you could tell they slipped them on the plate and let it sit till fish was ready.. Waitress was full of excuses.. Then dropped our ticket.. Pretty Munich saying your done.. And never came back to the table to check on us.. Bad all the way around

The food is always good! The service was great too! Not only did my server Nick check up on me several times but Devin made sure to keep my drink full too. I will definitely be back!

Slow service, over cooked and mushy bacon on the maple bacon burger, waitress drops receipt on floor picks it up and pits it on our plates as she is handing the plates out. We have eaten at many cracker barrels and I can say this was the worst experience. Absolutely nasty!
