The dining room looked like a war zone. Service extremely slow due to only having one register open. Dining room out of tea, had to beg for service again.Oreo McFlurry had almost no Oreo in it. Our food was shorted. We didn't get the sauce we asked for, had to beg for service again. Of course, our food was cold by the time we got to eat it. This place is an overall awful experience. Please eat someplace else.

There was just me and one other guy in line and it took them awhile to take our orders, but once I paid the food came quickly and it was good and fresh.

Horrible attitudes, served RAW meat (red w/blood running out) on a quarter pounder, called and got attitude.  Not the first time had problems with this location, John Isreal (Owner) needs to be shut down by McDonalds corporate.

Great McDonalds, better than most in Sevier County. They always get my order right and the food is actually fast!

This McDonald's is next to Smokies Stadium. So it convenient for a cup of coffee after the games which is really nice. It is clean in the bathrooms and also the dining area . The service it great.
