Steak salad was great.  Appetizers  were ok.  Service was poor.  Our waitress gave us the bottom of the barrel for our chips and dip .  She said she dumped out the scraps for us.  No silvereare.  No refills.  The waiter refilled our waters.  The waitress brings me coffee and said they have no real sugar only substitute.   Drinks were watered down and she said they were fine.  Will not go back.

The atmosphere is welcoming and warm with attentive staff. Food is excellent and the music that's played is great. I try to recommend it often.

I took twenty minutes to get our drinks, we had to repeatedly ask for silverware to eat our appetizers, we were not asked if we wanted refills on our coffee.  The brussel sprout appetizer was soggy, and the risotto was terribly bland and mushy.  We left over three quarters in the plate.  The waitress was not attentive and apologized when we asked for things for the second and third time, but never changed her behavior.  The busboy kept our waters filled and was great.  The other table got the new waiter, it was his first night and had we had him it  would not be our first and last visit here.

I only go here when friend chooses it for his birthday. Poor service, awful food. French dip is all onions, very little beef. Asked for loaded bake potato soup, never got. Asked for ketchup for the cold steak fries, never got. Asked for drink, never got. Next time I will eat before, and just have water. Waiter constantly reaching over my area. Bad, bad, bad.....
