I can tell you that I will not purchase a car from any other dealership.  I have purchased several cars from Craig and Landreth in Louisville, KY.  I have purchased from their Dixie Hwy location and Crestwood location. They have had exceptional customer service,pricing has always been fair and reasonable.  During my most recent purchase which was a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee the owner actually took my wife out on the lot personally to make sure she was able to get exactly what she was looking for.  No disrespect to my wife but she is very particular about what she wanted.  Her and the owner came back in and she was all smiles.  All I can say is that when they mean family they truly mean it. My daughter will soon be driving and I know where we will go to get her car.  Trust them without a doubt! Craig and Landreth customer for life!!

Recently had the best experience buying a new car. The staff could not have been more helpful and twice came in or stayed past normal working hours to complete the paperwork. 

Would highly recommend to my friends in family.

Craig and Landreth on Dixie is a wonderful place to purchase a vehicle from.  The staff is incredible and will always help you with any questions or concerns you have.  I have purchased a vehicle from there in the past and will in the future.  I recommend this location highly!... They are also great with giving back to the community.

Purchased 2016 Mazda 6 and wow what awesome service I had!!! Very transparent and seamless service. Almost like buying an outfit,  just a little more expensive. The people here all act like family - was able to get to know the GM, and most the managers; this does not happen at other dealerships... I have and still will suggest anyone to come visit Craig and Landreth on Dixie.... superb experience...also, ask for Kent Foushe or Jason Allen...will make sure you're handled properly!!!! Thank you all again :)

Good car. I do not want to be told about someones family, like begging with pictures. I do not like being told I did something when I did not during a test drive. I have bought several cars from this dealer ship...4 to be exact....NEVER AGAIN!
