Visited this summer had and a horrible experience. After seeing some other reviews I feel even more aggravated. This place should follow up with customers after every sell to see what area need In improvement. This would be a good start since there were too many to list here. But here's a taste of my dissatisfaction.
First off after agreeing to a purchase order was informed the bumper to number warranty that I was told was included was not good and expired a while back. When I addressed this it was always " it's a misunderstanding but never sorry this happened let's make it right!
Unfortunately honesty is very important to me and this place will say anything to make sells even if they mislead in the process. The other major issue is after reaching out to management several times for help and never reaching anyone but voice mails which no one ever calls you back, 
Only one person was helpful and that was lady who handled my car inspection.
Very disappointed in the way sell was handled and what could of been a long term customer is now just glad to be away from there.

LOVE this dealership! I have been going to them for years to service my civic; I won't go anywhere else. I decided to trade it in for a Honda Accord EXL and couldn't be happier with how easy the process was. I got way more for my trade here than any other place was willing to offer. Justin Burton was my sales person. ASK FOR HIM. He listened to all my concerns and helped me find what I was looking for at the price I needed. There was no pressure to buy at all and I asked for quotes on multiple vehicles. I know I got a great deal because of him advocating for me. I definitely recommend this place for servicing your car (they are the best!) or buying your next vehicle. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Jeff Wyler Honda on Dixie My salesman, Jose Cordoba, couldn't have been better. He was very knowledgeable, and just an all around great guy! I can't say enough good about him! I really felt like he had my best interest in mind and I never felt pressured. He taken the time for show me different cars and always with one great professionalism,Dawntay Porter helped me with my financing. I highly recommend you visit Jeff Wyler Honda on Dixie when you shop for your next car - you will not be disappointed. And ask for Jose Cordoba!! They were amazing!

Have been coming here for five years.  Never have been disappointed.  Great staff , very professional.  I drive out of my way to go here.  Well worth it. Would definitely recommend.

Who thought buying a new car could be so smooth?!  Dealing with Jeff Wyler was easy and very pleasant.  Justin Burton is the best!  I am very pleased with my new Honda CR-V and DEFINITELY recommend anyone contact them for their next car buying experience.  Thanks Justin for being willing to answer all my questions and doing EVERYTHING you said you would do!
