They took their time getting here, then turned it into one big sales pitch. Their "restoration" estimate ($3k!) was as much as other's replacement estimate! They advertise an upfront cost then throw different rebate/discounts/membership bs adjustments at you and it's still way higher than anyone else I spoke to. I wish I would have read the other review before calling them. I am bummed about paying them the $100 just to come look at it.  When I called Adams Heating the gentleman was here in 15 minutes, much more helpful and informative, and quoted the repair at $395.
