We sought out Parry Homes in the planning and design of a new home my wife and I were hoping to build.  While we were unable to make that dream become a reality, the people at Parry, Susie in particular, were simply fantastic.  We had several meetings with Parry (Susie) at the Cranberry location, and 1 off-site meeting.  From the first meeting, to the last conversation with her we had about not being able to build, she was nothing but class.  So much so, she even sent us a nicely worded card thanking us for simply considering them. 

If you're in the market to build a home, I strongly suggest you reach out to Parry.  Simply put, if this ever become a reality for us again (building a home,) there is only one builder we're going with... Parry.

Absolutely WONDERFUL people to work with! We met with Susie to discuss our building options. We have decided to wait a few more years to build, but have no doubt we'll be building with Parry Homes when the times right! Susie went above and FAR beyond the call of duty to answer all questions/concerns we had. She answered e-mails/texts so quick even on her days off and dealt with my late night concerns. She even faced timed with me so I could show her a lot we were looking at!! We felt like family from the minute we stepped foot in the door! Highly recommend Parry Homes and Susie is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!

After visiting several other builders both production/custom and leaving disappointed we were skeptical and unsure of what we were about to see and hear at our initial visit. We knew the minute we walked in that we would be building with Parry. Their "standard features" far surpassed everything we had seen prior.  Susie is not only knowledgeable but so warm and inviting.  She literally translated our vision onto paper and we can not wait to see our finished home.

Parry has been awsome. Very helpful with the entire custom build process. Susie and Danielle are very tentative to our wants and needs. They have made our home building process enjoyable and exciting... There have been no surprises and the the transparency in the Parry company is in paralleled. I can't wait to finish our build and move into my new Perry home.

Susie is a rockstar. She has made us feel welcome and always there too answer our questions. Treats you lie family!Something to be said about feeling like family. Even though we just started our home building process, I know i found the right company!
