Great customer service and personal attention. John (the owner) is very knowledgeable and prompt with repairs. He goes out of his way yo make sure you are satisfied with your customer experience. He also offers reasonable prices! I definitely recommend this place.

Stopped in to replace a tube with a slow leam - my tire size is unusual so it wasn't in stock, but ended up buying a frame pump instead. Great service, very personable - definitely would go back!

I rarely write reviews in general, so you would expect the review to be either filled with satisfaction or hate. I 'll let you decide which of the two it is. First off, I was new to biking and didn't know a single thing about them, the only thing I really knew about bikes was how to steer them properly and avoid wiping out. With that said, I was interested in finding a road bike to commute to my University and I found Cranky's after a short search on Google. I saw the superb ratings and thought I would come right along to check it out. Before I go any further, if you're tired of reading the review than just trust the other reviews. They are 100% right. The service is fantastic and John Bernstein, the owner, knows exactly what he's doing. He's a great guy with an attitude that compliments it. When I came the second day to purchase my new road bike he adjusted the seat for me and made sure I was comfortable, nice right? He made me feel confident with my purchase, which was, and still is, my biggest personal purchase yet. All I can say about the service and the man himself, aside from what I've mentioned, is that you will have to meet him to understand where I am coming from. He is great with new bikers and, judging by what I experienced, he also wants to make sure the biker is satisfied. All in all, I will definitely return to Cranky's for tune-ups and future questions. I strongly suggest paying Cranky's a visit and experiencing all of this on your own.

Great little bike shop with knowledgable owner and very fair prices.  I will be coming back here for sure and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to other cyclists.

Trust is a valuable asset and he has mine. Honest and direct while explaining options. Even though I found a bike he didn't carry I went back for accessories and will be there for tuning. Cannot recommend enough.
