I personally; I have never received excellent customer service from the Fountain Valley location, but the store is close to my house, so I grudgingly go anyways. I walk in stand at the counter for a couple of minutes; as some kid who probably doesn't even ride, fumbles on the register. I get your in the middle of something; but here is customer service lesson #1: say, "hello - as soon as i finish with this customer, I will help you." There was no one in store. Employees continue to walk past me and do not make eye contact, I felt invisible. I then go to another part of the counter; even closer to register and put my stopwatch on- 3 minutes pass and I finally walk out in frustration. Still, no one even questions why I was in store!!! I just wanted to BUY a full Dura Ace group and a new Garmin-I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!! Go to Harold and Sean in Mission Viejo; longer drive but way cooler staff!!!

Awesome service the fixed my 2 bikes soon to be 3 and they did no charge on a lose handle bar and a chair that was screwed up

Great customer service by Rob, Randy, and the rest of the staff. We are novice bike riders, and I appreciate that they took the time to listen to what we wanted and made suggestions for different styles. We had been to other bike shops that seemed to have an elitist mentality. If we weren't willing to spend a couple grand, we weren't worth their time. Not with this group. We will definitely be back!
