My experience with this company was two different experiences I feel that companies willing to help people but they're only willing to help people according to their terms be very careful and entering contract with them contract that I was offered is very predatorial and was in no way a benefit to me.

I am working with Russel. He regularly goes above and beyond what he is asked to do. He checks in regularly through the process and asks if we have questions. He even has helped when a lender was not fully doing his part. He is always pleasant, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. Aside from all of that, he is honest with so much integrity. I recommend Russel to anyone!

You know that uncle (not the weird one) that makes you feel like you are his favorite? That teacher who took the extra time to make sure you understood? The salesperson who went out of their way even though you know they didn't have to? That friend who is there to reassure you no matter what? That's Robert Coons of Crary Real Estate. Moving from the extreme heat of Tucson, AZ to Grand Forks, ND is challenging enough. Finding that perfect house is virtually impossible. And closing under unique and frustrating circumstances can be difficult. Robert was that steady, calm, voice of reason throughout our first home buying experience that made it not only painless but pleasant. As with all firsts, all other home buying experiences will be judged by this one. And the next realtor we use better have their game face on. If you are new to the area or have lived in Grand Forks your whole life and you are looking to buy or sell, then Crary and Robert Coons will be your best friend, mentor, and realtor. Thank you, Robert. I wish more people in this world had the passion for people that you do.
