I can't for the life of me understand how anyone with an ounce of common sense would EVER buy any property let alone conduct any real estate business transaction with this company "legacy".  They are down right the bottom of the bucket in real estate in Fargo/Moorhead.  Do your research,  ask around about they're reputation & you'll get the same clear answer from multiple sources. Buyers/Sellers.... BEWARE!!!!

Have had the opportunity to work with Amber Nefzger with ReMax Legacy a number of times.  Our mutual clients were always guided through the home buying and insuring process seamlessly!

I cannot recommend Shawna Huseth enough. She is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is so nice and caring and thoughtful! She works for her customers to get them the best deals, even when she runs into someone at the grocery store and can put in a good word. She has a great sense of style so she recommends all kinds of great design choices, and she has awesome ideas for building, too. We worked with her building a house from scratch and she was involved in every step of the process. She really became a friend throughout the long process because we saw her so often! You can even text her late at night, because she will be up and responding practically 24/7. I have never worked with such an amazing realtor and you would be lucky to work with her!
