What a joke.  Saw an amazing car that they had on their lot.  Took the car on a test drive.  Fell in love with the car, but I am one that needs to look under the hood, crawl under the car...those types of things before I buy a car.  Get the car back to the lot and go over it with a fine tooth comb. I  was aware that there were quite a few things done to the car...headers, exhaust, cold air intake.  Was told the car had the remainder of the factory warranty. After going through the car, I  realized that what these clowns told me was factory installed aftermarket parts, was actually hillbilly garage ingenuity at best.  Wires were taped to the firewall with electrical tape and all sorts of things.  I went to the owners daughter to inquire about these "factory installed" aftermarket parts. She tells me the work was done at a local Ford dealership and she would call me back and provide me with the service records.  After about a week, I called back to ask about the paperwork.  She gave me some lame excuse and said she would call me back the next day.  I'm still waiting on that phone call, 7 months later..  Needless to say, I already had my answer an hour after I test drove the car.  I had written down the VIN and checked for myself.  The warranty had been voided by  whatever the previous owner did to the car.  What a shame they felt the need to be dishonest.  My money spends just as good at an honest dealership.

Overall - an excellent experience with this dealer. This was the first time that we visited them. We worked with Tony and Sarah on the Mazda5 that we were interested in. They were extremely friendly and helpful. There was no pressure and our questions were answered honestly. We decided to go ahead with purchasing the vehicle and have been extremely satisfied. No question we will consider Crase for future vehicle purchases.

Sold me a 2000 Cavalier, had some faults in it and broke down about a month later, but the sales crew at Crase were happy to help me and put me into a 2000 Impala LS with a reduced price, as well as took the Cavalier back for trade-in value.  The office even helped work out a payment plan with me. Fantastic people, fair prices, and they aren't crooks.
