I have been going here for at least two years. They always take care of me.

I had been to Feehens 3 times. Twice for a battery purchase and install on 2 of my vehicles then once for an oil change. No problems. Fast and courteous service. However, this last time in July 2017 I took my Jeep in for an alignement,  routine preventive maintenance. Feehens called me as stated I needed all 4 ball joints replaced at $770 . I declined. I went to Morris and bought the same ball joints at $15 per unit less than what Feehens had priced on their written quote. Alpha in Morris was going to install for $85 less in labor. Alpha called me back after I dropped the Jeep off and said I did not need ball joints at all and it would be a waste of money to.replace them. Well, as I had 2 conflicting opinions I took the Jeep to Greenway Dealer shop in Morris to do the alignment and confirm the ball joints. Greenway did the alignment and affirmed along with Alpha that my ball joints are ALL GOOD and do not need to be replaced. I am very disappointed in Feehens over this and will no longer trust them.

I have been bringing my family's vehicles to Feehan's Automotive for a few years now. Everything from oil changes to engine & transmission rebuilds. I feel that I can count on them to give me an honest estimate on any work, and they stand behind it. On the rare occasion that something does not go perfectly, they make it right! I strongly recommend Feehan's for any vehicle service .

Absolutely the best people to trust with your vehicles. Caring, honest, dependable, and reliable. I recommend them to anyone. They are in the business to help fix your car, not charge you an arm and a leg to fix things that don't need to be fixed. Wonderful people, great quality work and the best prices.
