Had a horrible experience returning some dishes that I had received from my wedding registry with a woman who was very rude and looked at me like I stole them and was now trying to get money for it. They had been out of the box but not used. Rushed away from that lady with my refund (or what little she did let me return), since I was actually there to make an exchange. Experience was redeemed when I went to purchase the replacements and that cashier was helpful and friendly. Still disappointed in the training and overall return policy.

great spot for good looking home decor that isn't cheap but won't break the bank.  friendly staff too

There is service and then there is service. Sandy was was absolutely the most delightful representative of Crate & Barrel I have ever met. Oh and trust me, it wasn't my first time in that store. Houston, NJ or CA she rocked it like no other. 
The store is full of cool stuff. It has the right feel.
