Very poor training regarding sales personal. Clothes are great and best to be ordered over the internet. Sales staff in Corta Madera Store are not equipped with the ability to handle returns/exchanges properly. Very unorganized. I had to go to the Walnut Creek Store to return merchandise because sales staff in Corta Madera could not do it. :(
