Love love love the food. BUT I have gone here at least a dozen times and consistently receive TERRIBLE customer service. It's as if the employees are only half paying attention to their jobs. Love the food, but it needs a massive dose of professionalism.

We've been to cravings quite a few times and I think only once has our order been correct and fresh.  I don't know if the employees don't care? Or if they are the only restaurant in the area so they get away with it? But, if we lived nearby, I can't say that we'd frequent Cravings more than absolutely necessary.  Maybe it's because we always use the drive thru on our way out of town back to Las Vegas?  I don't understand it. The food is so so and a lot of it looks like it needs to be tossed out.  And the service is horrible.  Our most recent visit was horrible.  After repeating the order almost ten times, half of it was missing and not one single thing was correct.  Our entire family is allergic to tomatoes and there was tomato on everything. After we paid and our food was handed over, I asked about our drinks and the older woman working the window looked at me as if I were trying to rob her blind and sneered "You didn't order any drinks.  You can come in and buy them if you want them."  After waiting in the drive thru for almost twenty five minutes we were all so flustered and annoyed that we just left.  ONLY to find out all of our salads were ruined with so much pico de gallo that we all would have had allergic reactions.  I can't say we'll be back.  Maybe to the gas station for a cookie - but never to the restaurant again.

Great desserts. Had a cheesesteak which was good but not much steak in it.
