Their stuff is really good, but the staff.... not as good. The first time I went we wanted cinnamon rolls, it was 4 in the afternoon and all they had was orange rolls so we said ok and decided we would come back. Second time it was 2 o'clock and they didn't have any, they said they had run out at 830 and I guess they couldn't bother to make anymore for the rest of the day. Third time we went in the morning right as they opened and surprise surprise, they hadn't even made them yet. What does it take to get a freaking cinnamon roll in this place?

This branch is not run, nor designed well. If you plan to dine-in on a windy day; better bring your own anchor for your table. The staff had the back door open. Therefore, when someone opened the entrance, a gale wind came through the whole dining room. We moved tables 3 times trying to shelter ourselves. There was no hiding. It was like being on one of the great lakes. The staff was clueless, and seemed more interested in their own comfort.
