The staff seemed sincere; I signed a form that stated that my Mother's cremation could take up to 15 days because of legalities beyond their control but not likely. She was picked up 7/20, I did not receive her cremains until 08/09. Her certificate of cremation stated that she was cremated 07/27. I was notified on 08/9 that my mother was ready for pick up only after bringing an urn the day before. I feel that my mother and I deserved better than a 13 day wait after cremation had already taken place. I am not a person to complain, this is the first review I've ever written of a semi negative type. My hope is that I can bring attention to the fact that even if a great deal of money has not been paid for service it doesn't mean that anxiety is not felt, as days pass and survivors do not attain closure for their beloved ones final wishes. I feel that completion could have/ should have occured much sooner than approximately 13 days after the actual cremation occurred!
