We buried a family member. The check was written out to Zion hill. As you would with any business transactions. Funds were verified!Money was available. But the owner demand it that the check be written out to him instead of the company Name. Which causes conflict with the insurance company. The owner threaten to lock the sanctuary two hours before the wake if the check was not re-written in his name. Of course we had to rewrite the check! Because everything was already scheduled. As soon as the burial was completed he yelled to his friend black "come on I got to get this lotto before one." I would never refer him to anyone again! #smith.operatesinexcellence#

Loosing a love one is very hard. Then having to plan a funeral is even harder. I'm so thankful for Dwayne Matt and staff at Zion Hill Mortuary for making the process easier in the funeral arrangements for my mother. We were able to rest assured knowing that the services were handled appropriately. Mr. Matt went above and beyond and even transported her body to The Florida National Memorial Cemetery for the burial services personally. My family felt truly honored. We highly recommend him. I appreciate the care, excellence and ease service received while working with Zion Hill Mortuary. This team is and will remain my family's 1st choice. They are easy to work with, they take the guess work out of a time that is already difficult to get through. I've had an experience with a different company (and sorry that I did) When putting them side by side, there's no comparison... Thank you Zion Hill Mortuary.

Each time my family has called upon Zion Hill Mortuary to provide home going services during our times of need .... We have been extremely satisfied with the professionalism and quality of services rendered to us. The facilities are mordern and clean.. Someone was always willing to listen and assist us in making decisions that felt right for our love ones..

In 2006 you and your staff took real good care of my mom and grandma.  You guys were very helpful making sure the arrangements were taken care of.  My family was put away very beautifully. Thanks for serving the community and putting away loved ones so nice.
