Got our wedding cake here a few years ago. Absolutely delicious, looked great, and the price was so reasonable. Don't let the look of the place fool you, this place is awesome

Amazing. Sorry the other lady that reviewed this place had a rough experience, but our wedding was fantastic. The cake texture was light and fluffy for cupcakes. The flavors were and are amazing; we had leftovers too. I highly recomend them to anyone.

My husband and I found creative cakes back in February. We loved Robbie and her low cake prices. She told us our 100 serving wedding cake would cost us $350. We put a $50 deposit down for our cake to be made for our summer wedding. We went to her cake testing in April and fell in love with her cakes. Two weeks before our wedding we went in for our final appointment to make our final payment and design our cake. Much to our surprise when we arrived we found out she had sold her business and the cake was going to cost us an additional $150!!! No one had mentioned to us the business would be sold or that prices would change. We then found out the business was in the process of being sold for over a year and no one had mentioned it to us! When we paid our deposit we had agreed to the $350 price. The new owners would not honor the previous price and we were forced to pay the additional charge. This was a shock and struggle to us as we were financing our wedding ourself. When the cake arrived on our wedding day it did not taste how a wedding cake should and it fell apart every time we tried to cut a slice. The customer service at this business was absolutely horrible. I would never recommend this cake business to anyone seeking a cake business. I can't believe our agreed price that we already put a deposit for wasn't honored. If someone would have told us in February the business was being sold and prices may change we would have understood and had time to discuss our options. Finding out 2 weeks before our wedding that our cake was going to cost us a significant amount more did not give us any time or choice to go elsewhere for our cake. We are very upset and disappointed customers. We will never be purchasing a cake from here again. We would have been better off purchasing a Costco cake then to waste our time at creative cakes.
