The owner ROB FRAZER and I agreed on a price to power wash, sand and seal approximately 1000 sq.ft of pavers. I have an email contract. On day 1 Rob did a great job power washing the pavers. Day 2, Rob realizes he needs a lot more sand, whines and complains, settles on a $500 increase from original $750 fee. Day 3, whinning continues because once again he under estimated the amount of sand needed. He wants more money. He commented on my home, car, neighborhood...you people...I gave him the $1250. The job was not completed because I'm not paying him more. I believe he would never be satisfied. So for 2 days of work plus 30 on minutes on day 3 he earned $750. The problem was, had no idea how much sand he needed for this job and blames me. How would I know!  It's his company and his job! Do not hire this man. I felt threatened! He was reported to Home Advisors and BBB. He also brought his kids to work, they got to see daddy have a tantrum! Well done Rob!
