This company should not be in business. I have only had one dealing with them but it lasted for 7 months. I can't say that all the people that work there are totally unprofessional but the office manager (Angie) should not be employed in a customer service type of job. I requested a quote to replace a heat tube in my shop in January, I called this company because they are the ones that installed system to begin with. They asked me for make/model, which I provided, they never called me back with any info on the tube, 2 months later I call to see what is going on and they told me that the make/model I provided was the wrong numbers, I asked them to come out and do it themselves, they show up several days later without a ladder to get the numbers, they installed the unit, they should have known it was 18' in the air, they installed the system, so several more days go by for the guy to get his ladder, he finally shows up gets what he needs. At this point I hear nothing again for several weeks. I called several times and got the manager (Angie) she tells me they are super busy and she will call me back when she gets in the office, I wait for the call, it never comes. Finally I get a hold of her and she tells me the heat tube is obsolete and no one has one. I send an email requesting a manager or owner contact me, I get a response that Angie is the manager and she apologizes profusely for the poor service and no call backs. I said ok so now what do we do? Amazingly in June she happens to find one and just orders it without my approval or even seeing a quote, she apologizes again and sends me the quote, I approve it and she schedules the job to be done on July 20th, I clear my shop that day for the work to be done, they didn't show up and didn't bother to call me, I waited again and again no show no call on the 21st, on the 22nd I had enough, I called and spoke with Angie again and asked about why they didn't show up, she told me they couldn't rent a lift, I said ok why wasn't I called to reschedule the install, she totally froze and wouldn't even speak to me. The next the thing I know I hear mans voice from the back ground say we couldn't get a lift and we will be there on July 23rd with a lift, I asked again why wasn't I called, the mans voice says "I can't pull a lift out my ass", I said " is that really your response?" The last comment made was from this back ground voice saying why don't you find someone else to do the job. This company has a good reputation around town, but from my experience I wouldn't let them wire a light to my son's bicycle yet alone work on my commercial business. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.
