Horrible service. I have worked in the service industry for years and was appalled by the way I was treated. I explained I wanted my hair a certain way. She said that she couldn't do my hair that way. "Okay, why not?" She said she does not bleach hair and that my hair is too dark and there's no way she can make it that light and if I wanted my hair bleached then to go somewhere else. And I quote: "I've been doing hair for years. I'm the professional here, you are not." Whoa. You could just say that you don't want to bleach my hair because you think it is damaging to the hair.. you didn't have to say all that. Rude, rude, rude.

Marina is the best hairstylist on the East Side! My whole family loves her! Everytime she does my hair, I get nothing but compliments. No need to go to the big expensive, fancy salons, Marina gives you exactly what you need at an affordable price. She is very friendly and honest. She will work with you, to ensure you are getting the hair style that you desire. I am glad you are in the neighborhood!

I found this place on a Groupon deal, and I'm so glad I did! I have been looking for a place in the area to get a haircut and color for under $150 and I finally found what I was looking for--a quality stylist at a great price. Marina did a great job and I couldn't be happier with the way my hair turned out. I will definitely be back to Creative Cut!
