Shear Trends Salon has been operating in the St. Clair Shores area for over 25 years. Our warm, friendly environment has brought us the reputation of the Cheers of the salon business "where everybody knows your name."
We pride ourselves on personal customer service where the client always come first. Our staff is truly a family; many of the stylists have worked together for many years.
Shear Trends currently has 13 stylists and 2 nail technicians. We have a stylist that fits your every need.
Owner, Rena Venettis, has been a part of the Shear Trends team for over 20 years, owning the salon for the last five years. Rena has been a hair dresser in the St. Clair Shores area for over 29 years. She was a Redken educator for 3 years (1994-1997) and has won numerous hair competitions through the National Hairdressers & Cosmetologists Association (NHCA).
Rena attends yearly hair shows and classes. She specializes in precision cutting of men and women and hair-color correction.
