The entire process was seamless from start to finish.  The color coordination team was awesome they came out helped us look through hundreds of colors to make the right decision we couldn't be more pleased with the colors that we chose with their help . The guys were neat and courteous  and cleaned up after themselves made sure that we were completely satisfied before they left. I would use them again.

Responsive, but not a proactive communicator. Price went up $300 and wasn't told until after job was done. Had to ask when they were coming to do the work. Also didn't thank us for the business, which would have been nice since we spent over $3,000.

Creative Finishes did a great job on our home.  The job was done earlier than first stated and the price did not change after some minor changes were made.  

The crew was professional and courteous.  They had great ideas and suggestions for colors and design that we are glad we used. Also, they cleaned up after leaving each day and explained what was done and what will be done next.

The end result was better than we expected and we have no regrets on choosing them.
