As a graduate from here, this place is amazing to attend for school and beauty services. The negative comments on here are nothing more than that, negative. It is a school... A place where students train to become industry artists. The educators are knowledgable, patient and really care about the students and the student's assigned clients. Creative Images guarantees it's services by ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason the service is not rendered according to a client's liking, the school will provide a complete redo of that service with the same student if the client approves, or to another student at the client's request. Customers have to understand that their own hair, skin, and nail condition, hair color, previous services the client has had... play a huge factor in the outcome! The school will never agree to perform anything on a client that is not in the best interest of the client's health and appearance, that includes compromising hair, skin or nails that are already damaged. Sure, sometimes things don't always turn out as expected, but the school will work very diligently with each and every client to ensure they are happy! For anyone to say this school is not excellent as a salon or educational institute clearly is someone who did not take an active role in the outcome of their services or own learning experience. I really hope anyone who is interested in attending as a student or a client takes this review into consideration and actually visits the school, meets with staff and tours the facilities. To see it and experience for yourself, is to see and experience a quality beauty school.

I have been going to Creative Images for year, and have been a loyal customer. Everything from hair, to nails, and even massages. However, when I went in a for a gel manicure and a pedicure today, I was sorely disappointed. My artist was wonderful, and was doing the best she could.  I always take into consideration that they are students and that there is a learning curve. However, for the duration of my time there, there was an instructor in the room. Every time she had a question, she would ask the instructor. The instructor would then tell her to find a DIFFERENT instructor. I found this to be counterproductive and a waste of both of our time. Then, in the middle of my pedicure, the staff let my artist know that her next appointment had arrived, but we hadn't even started my manicure yet. For that reason, my artist was rushed and I was unable to get my gel manicure, although I did get a regular manicure. I am upset with the upper-level staff for overbooking artists and making them feel rushed with their clients. Like I said, my artist was professional and very personable, and I am pleased with her work. However, I am very disappointed with the upper-level staff at Creative Images Centerville today.

I used to go here and gotten 3 good haircuts. The last two times they really made it seem like I was complaining. The last two girls did not know how to do a angled bob nor thin it out. I will not return. Spend the extra cash and see professionals.

IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING I WOULD. 
My sister just dropped out of school here because of the POOR education quality. The administration and educators are INCOMPETENT. She had an UNQUALIFIED educator for several months before the teacher was replaced. They do not care about their students or their education. They have consistently refused to order required equipment and supplies needed to continue learning even when students complain to administration. My sister went there for 5 months before quitting and learned absolutely nothing that she couldn't have learned from watching YouTube videos. She was set to go out on the sales floor before she quit and says that she was nowhere near prepared to take care of clients. The teachers treat students like kindergarteners instead of adults. The makeup quality is horrible. She made the decision to drop out 3 weeks ago and had made several phone calls and written several emails inquiring about how to drop out before she is charged more for the education. They have yet to respond to her. They only care about the money, not about the students and not about the profession. This placed charges $12,000 for absolutely nothing. THIS PLACE REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND SHUT DOWN!!!!!

Love the atmosphere at Creative Images. The students always have a teacher available if they need assistance, so I feel totally comfortable with getting my hair done here 😁
