Credit Concepts has now come after me for money from an auto loan for a car that was purchases in 2008 and was repossessed in early 2009.  A car I never saw again after 12/31/2008.  I have received a garnishment now for over $22,000.  8k for the loan and 13k+ in interest.  I never saw the car again and did make some payments to them but since my credit was bad I mostly just paid them interest.  Now they are gouging me for 22k. This is simply not right.  I would never recommend doing business with a company who would do something like this so buyer beware.

Bad customer service, need more training. I would not recommend. You can get high interest rates anywhere!

I get a call every month to remind me my payment is due. I forget often, so this is nice. Btw, when i say I forget often I mean every month. Especially since I've gone through a bunch of life changes in the last three years-- Moving, relationships, kids. My life has been hectic,  but this company has been more than understanding, regardless of how late I've been in the past, and the person in charge of my account is always incredibly sweet, and never makes me feel bad for the times I've been too anxious (I have pretty bad anxiety) to just pick up the phone and call them to make a payment. So thank you Ann, and credit concepts, for the understanding. Paying off my truck could be so much more stressful. I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.

They are good and easy to deal with IF you make your payments on time. 4 stars because of the interest.

They will call you at work, they blow up your email with constant messages and the only good thing I could say is that their manager are actually nice and try to help you out and make arrangements.
