Story

Creek Travel Plaza is a full service travel plaza located at exit 54 just 3 miles south of Wind Creek Casino and Hotel. Our brand new travel plaza provides shuttle service to and from the casino, offers 84 overnight parking spaces and provides many other driver amenities such as clean showers and restrooms, laundry room, truckers lounge, dining options and convenience and souvenir items as well as an array of financial services and specialty merchandising products for professional drivers. Our facilities are tour bus friendly and offer dedicated bus lanes with curbside passenger loading and unloading. Our goal is to provide travelers the cleanest facilities in Alabama. Fresh food fast, served by very polite wait staff in the diner. Prices are normal. Several tv sets to peek at while you're there. Hamburger salad was delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to stop here again. Recommended.

Service here was terrible. 3 cashiers and none of them said a damn word to me and my co driver. Went to the restaurant and a black employee was eye balling me pretty hard, guess he hates white people? Little punk enjoy your minimum wage! Only good thing about this place is huge parking lot for trucks and free wifi...thats it.

Always friendly service, good food, always parking open for big trucks, cleanest truck stop ever, plus you can get a free ride to an affiliated casino.

A throwback to where you could get a clean truckstop with good food also. I was told by another driver to stop by there and he was right it was a welcome change . Oh and in this truckstop you can actually connect to their wi fi with a decent signal in their parking lot and that is more than I can say for a big chain truckstop that I was at before. There is a shuttle to their casino and cinema and bowling alley and which I will use if I am layover in this area.
