I have been to the Spa a few times and its different every time. I actually had a someone fall asleep while massaging me, I also had one that kept stopping to text on her phone. I should have reported them when I had the chance, but I hope they are gone. I had facial for the first time and it was awesome.

If you don't book 2 months in advance you'll never get an appointment. Especially if you want a Friday or Saturday appointment which in my case are my only days off.
