I would recommend Creel Motors to anyone! Shawn, A.K.A. Brandon, was so pleasant to work with. They were honest and very helpful in my car selection while never being pushy. All questions/ concerns I had were immediately addressed. I would definitely buy from them again!

I never bought a car on my own and had only $400. I chose a 2006 Ford Escape and I love it. They were so great, deferred my down payment into 3 monthly payments and are so understanding when I have, only twice, had to call and ask for a few extra days to make my monthly payment. "As long as you call" they say. I've had no problems with my vehicle. I've recommended Creel and would buy from them again. They took my one year "no car existence" to owning my own. I say "CREEL IS #1!"

I do not recommended buying a car from here. We have had to many issues with a high monthly payment. My whole family bought cars from here all with to many issues and paying out to much in repairs than what the car is worth. Now I'm stuck with a broken down car since I bought it with a bad alternator.

Monica is always helpful. Being that the vehicles r sold as is if u have a problem she will always give u a good place to go or find the part u need at a much better price than u would get on your own. And if u need a little extra time on your payment because you have to fix the car she will always work with u. Sadly I can't remember the salesman who helped me in the end it was the owners son and he was extremely helpful. I would absolutely get another vehicle from here I love my 05 mountaineer.
