I had to bury a close relative . Eric , could not have ben more helpful or kind . He gave me all the time I needed to decide what I wanted to do . He tried to call the Life insurance agency , to make it easier on us . He also gave me the numbers of the agencies to call for the claims , above and beyond! Patty was the kindest person , she was so sensitive to the needs of everyone . She offered to help me any way she could . No one likes to think about these things , but they are inevitable . Again Eric and Patty were 2 of the kindest most compassionate people I have ever met !
