UNCARING!! My aunt was Cremated through Cremation Society. I would not used this company. How do you cremate a mother, and her children was not informed, or was not included of the arrangements.  They just are not very compassionate,  understanding at this time of sorrow. I was placed on hold so long when I called. Then told. that I would have to call back in an hour. If I wanted to witness the Cremation it would cost me $500.00, and don't be alarm hair will be seen after the cremation.  Are they FOR REAL right now. This company needs to be investigated.

Terrible service. They will expect you to do all the work for them. They will insult you, ridicule you and tap into your deepest sense of loss and hurt at having lost someone close to you. They even couldn't get my brothers name correct, and pulled a file for a completely different person, begging the question as to whether or not you will really be receiving your loved one's ashes. I couldn't dishonor my brother's life by passing him off into this organization's incapable hands. Go elsewhere.

They cremate my sister body without my knowledge from a fraudulate documents sent by a "friend"   Now I depend upon that fraud to change the Death Certificate

Friendly and competent staff was very helpful walking me through the forms that needed to be filled out.  They had the lowest price and the only additional charge was for an extra copy of the death certificate that I needed for a life insurance policy.
