They took 12 hours to pick up my dad. They called me repeatedly for directions because they got lost a few times. When they arrived it was 1 kid, I was forced to help since they had no one else. Before the funeral, good thing I called to confirm everything because they were going to deliver my dad's body in a cardboard box and not the wooden coffin we had agreed to. I found the people there to be young kids indifferent to my pain and unprofessional. I expressed my dissatisfaction to a lady who worked there and she insisted I let the owners know. 
     6 months ago they were on the news because they mixed up the bodies.. SMH... What a disaster this place.... If I could give a negative star I would. Go to Forestlawn it'll be night and day.

They lost my brothers tie, dropped the flower arrangements in front of everyone. Didn't want to turn the AC on during my brothers services. When they FINALLY found my brother's tie, they made everyone leave the room and that set back our time. I would never recommend this funeral home to anyone, ever!

It was okay except for the fact that I went to the restroom and I saw a shadow go right past me and I literally ran all the way to where everyone was crying 😊😰😭. ( I'm pretty sure it's haunted)😰😢😭

Worst damn place ever. They didnt have the casket we ordered. My father didnt leave in the flight they said had scheduled. The priest was very rude. They made the whole process even more worst. Please look else where this place is horrible!!!
